Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Person in Charge (PIC) to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in sales management and team supervision.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise staff members to ensure efficient operations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register balances
- Train new employees
- Implement effective shift management strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and control waste
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
